Have a look what our alumni have to say!
Having joined as naïve and shy, oblivious of worldly affairs, I am proud to have stood in a good stead as I walked out of school a confident, curious and bold individual, restless and carefree. I owe much of this to the school who has made my base strong, so I could ace not just in academics but all sundry challenges in the journey to the person I am to this day. The aptitude test in school was what made me realise that my strength lay in languages & art instead of the mainstream engineering I initially planned for. Pursuing my Masters in Urban Planning and working as a Freelance Content Writer makes me relish the experience of earning while learning.
The school introduced me to the finest authors in English Literature – Charles Dickens, Sherlock Holmes, Shakespeare whose books later went on to become my favourites. Every activity be it the early morning meditation, audio visual learning, science experiments, color days, guest lecture, pottery, craft, site visit, western music, has helped discover the real me and all of this captured perfectly in the handmade photobooks, is a memory WHIS has given to truly cherish forever!
Privileged to have been part of the Golden Batch of WHIS – The Class of 2010.
For me School was one of the most exciting part of my life! I do miss my school and my teachers.
Today I'm living my dream of becoming a Car Designer and I'm really fortunate and grateful for every experience I had during my time at WHIS. I am working at Groupe Renault as a Car Designer. I am sure most of my friends are chasing their passion and I'm really proud of them.
Talking about my plans, I have quite a few things on my list and since I have been travelling in the search of light for a long time now I am looking forward to meet everybody at WHIS soon!
Well, one of the many things I learnt at WHIS was that "the real learnings of life begin after you step out of your comfort zone".
My marvellous journey in WHIS began in the year 2007. No ample of words are enough to describe this journey. Teachers are the biggest strength of this school, and I am lucky to have them. A school which other than studies gave us a chance to discover our talents.
Currently I am pursuing medical and I am planning to further do my graduation in Medical.
My love for Biology ever since 9th grade made me choose this career. WHIS has contributed a lot towards my success.
If it was not for Wisdom High, I would've never realised the creative inside of me. The freedom they gave me to explore my path in drama, dance and music really helped me chose my path clearly. A lot of my work currently is very much influenced and inspired by the literature that was taught to us by teachers who gave their best in introducing us to these classics of prose and poetry.
Currently I am working a successful career in Filmmaking, Freelance Photography, and Writing & Poetry.
I truly believe that school has a huge contribution in the way your life molds and the kind of person you become. I am proud to say that WHIS makes has played a huge role in shaping me and making me a better person.
When I joined WHIS in 2008, I did not expect the environment to be so warm and welcoming. The teachers made me feel a part of the school and I was given an equal opportunity in every aspect.
I am currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Information Management at Syracuse University, New York and currently interning as a business analyst and developer at an organization named the Near East Foundation. In my field, I have to be constantly proactive and communicate well with the vendors and the upper management in order to elicit requirements and eventually analyze them. The elocution and debate competitions during the early phases of school have definitely contributed to the confidence that I now possess while putting my thoughts into words and communicating it on a public platform. The credits for foundation of my skill set goes completely to WHIS. The teachers taught me to be more confident about myself and taught me the ways in which I can boost my self-esteem. I remember Anju Ma’am, Shweta Ma’am, Binu Sir, Kalpana Ma,am, Kailas Sir and Deepak Sir striving to make each and every child a better person. My school life would definitely be incomplete without these amazing teachers. I truly appreciate all the effort the school and teachers have taken to lay a strong foundation. Thank you.
The exact words from our kickboxing coach and our principal Shalini Ma'am to me were, "Discipline comes from sacrifice, requiring hard work, sincerity, leading to perseverance is the only way to success". I owe this learning to them and Deepak sir. All of whom have put it in their 100% to make the person I am.
I am currently a co-owner and project manager at 21st Century Pvt. Ltd group of restaurants. I am also striving to earn a place in the Union Public Service Commission. I plan to make a contribution to civil services and in the field of politics. The thing I love the most about WHIS is that it has contributed to my overall development as a person. Also, the wide range of curriculum allows every student to individually find his or her own talent and interests in life.
It doesn't matter how old we are, it doesn't matter how mature we are, it doesn't matter how successful we are; to them we are still their cute little ones whom they have taught so many things right from those irritating formulae to big lessons for life. Yes, they have grown older but we still love them for their will and patience in crafting us into the individuals we are today! They, the teachers of WHIS and the school as a whole has taught us a lot and we will be indebted to them for life!!
Wisdom High has given me the most important lessons and the most memorable times that I shall cherish always. I shifted schools after my 6th grade just for a better board but it turned out to be so much more and so glad I did it. The school built the courage to follow dreams and the ability to not let the noise of others opinions drown my own. Right from exposure to a whole host of different possibilities and a good foundation , Wisdom High taught me to work harder & to be tough in all facets of life. After leaving school, I have faced success and failure, but my teachings from school have always helped me through it. I shall always be in debt to the school, my teachers and fellow classmates for inspiring me to do better always.
I choose to learn from the best. When it comes to learning, Wisdom High is that institute — they carved the best out of me, gave humble, passionate teachers, who are excited to show you the way. What they had for me stayed with me, not just during the course, but beyond.
